This week Samara meets up with the University of Melbourne’s own Kristian Camilleri to talk about the disunity of science. Kristian discusses with us the value of HPS as a field of study, both for those interested in science and those pursuing arts. He then talks about the difficulty of uniting all that is encompassed in the sciences under a single word: science. Kristian expands on this by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of using a non-unified view of science to discuss our current scientific practice, both in academia and in the public.
