Episode 2 - Kristian Camilleri

This week Samara meets up with the University of Melbourne’s own Kristian Camilleri to talk about the disunity of science. Kristian discusses with us the value of HPS as a field of study, both for those interested in science and those pursuing arts. He then talks about the difficulty of uniting all that is encompassed in the sciences under a single word: science. Kristian expands on this by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of using a non-unified view of science to discuss our current scientific practice, both in academia and in the public.

The podcast can be found anywhere good podcasts are streamed, as well as on the HPS website's podcast page. A transcript for the episode has been published through the HPS blog here.
